-- SwiftReach Networks Inc. has completed the acquisition of ITL/Kall8™, an enhanced telecom firm specializing in custom voice and data applications such as real time call statistics, reporting and analytics. This acquisition, SwiftReach's second in 2016, will immediately broaden the Company's infrastructure and presence in the real-time call analytics and API development market.
Kall8™ features a proprietary cloud technology enabling a comprehensive suite of enhanced services including call distribution, lead management, call announcement, virtual PBX/IVR, call recording and integration with CRM platforms. Additionally, over 25,000 customers benefit from a robust and easy-to-use online call management and analytics platform that supports the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns. The Company also offers inbound call service across a wide range of toll-free, vanity and local phone numbers.
