SWIFT800 - Features

SwiftReach's SWIFT800 Enhanced Toll-Free Solutions offer a wealth of features and customizations to meet the demands of your business needs.

  • Voice Menu - Present the caller with a number of options to choose from including the capability to access information or to determine where the call should be routed.

  • Location Menu  - Present the caller with a dynamic menu of the dealers/locations that are closest to caller's location and allow the caller to choose which location to connect the call to.

  • Zip Code Routing - Automatically route the call based on the caller's proximity to a zip code.

  • Closest Routing  - Automatically route the call to the closest dealer/location to the caller's location.

  • Territory Routing - Assign territories to dealers and have calls from those territories automatically routed to the corresponding dealer. Territories may include city, state, county, zip code, area code, and/or exchange.

  • Rotation Groups - Evenly distribute calls amongst a list of dealers/locations. Territories can also be assigned to rotation groups to farther enhance the routing solution.

  • Voicemail - provide in-network voicemail to your dealers or business locations. Voicemail can be easily accessed in a standard web-browser on the Internet.

  • Call Recording - Easily record phone calls for quality assurance purposes. Recordings can be easily retrieved and reviewed using a standard web-browser on the Internet.

  • Reporting Package - Take advantage of the extensive suite of reports to measure and improve the success of your marketing campaigns.

  • Special Treatment - Enable special routing for calls that originate from cell phones, payphones, etc.

  • Time-of-Day Routing - Configure the routing to automatically change at any given time of the day. (i.e. provide your customers with a special menu during after-hours.)

  • Whisper - Play a recording announcing the type of call to the answering dealer/location so the caller receives the proper greeting.

  • Caller-ID - Calls routed to dealers/locations can be configured to provide either the caller's phone number or the toll-free number as the caller-id.
